Full-time Household Manager/Nanny, Brookline, MA

Full-time Nanny extraordinaire needed in Brookline for two girls, ages 10 and 13, starting as soon as possible (but flexible for the right fit). The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11am to 7pm (they will consider other schedule availability i.e. 10:30-6:30) with flexibility to arrive early or stay later, on occasion. The family would love to find a long term fit!

A great match for the girls is someone consistent, dependable, mature, patient, calm, responsible, personable, relatable, a good listener, and open-minded. Someone kind, thoughtful, and engaging, who will take an interest in the girls’ interests and take time to get to know them. While the girls are at school, the family would love support and management from an intuitive, proactive, self-starter for all things related to the girls (i.e., online grocery shopping, meal prep and cooking, keeping inventory, closet organization and seasonal clothing management, laundry, ordering supplies/clothing, calendar management, etc.). The position also requires picking up the children from school, driving to activities, organizing/overseeing playdates, planning outings, homework support and guidance, and planning/encouraging chores.

This is a fully staffed home so someone adaptable, communicative, supportive, collaborative, organized, and can see what needs to be done and complete tasks independently is important. Someone who can jump in and bring ideas to the table would be great! The family would also love someone who is available to travel with them.

The family has a friendly large dog so please be pet friendly.

Compensation: $40+/hour with a generous benefits package and guaranteed hours. All pay is on the books through payroll.
