Full-time Household Manager/Nanny, South End, Boston, MA
Full-time Household Manager and Nanny needed for a busy family in the South End. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:30am – 6:30pm. This position is a hybrid role with 90% household management (11am-5pm) and 10% nannying (5-6:30pm), although flexibility to cover full days and watch the children is needed when daycare is closed. The family currently has one child, age 23 months, and a baby due in May. The children will be 4 months and 2.5 when the position starts in early September and both attend full day daycare until 5:30pm.
A great fit for this family can take the reins and ensure that the household runs smoothly in the absence of the parents; an organized, trustworthy, independent self-starter. Regarding the children, someone who is confident and experienced caring for two young children and also loving, personable, easy going, warm, kind, and playful.
The family has no pets and one parent who works in a private home office (2 days per week). Both parents work primarily outside of the home.
Compensation:$35+/hour with a paid benefits package, guaranteed hours, and all pay on the books through payroll.
