Full-time Nanny, South End, Boston, MA

Full-time Nanny needed in the South End starting as soon as possible. The family has three children, ages 2 months, 3.5, and 5.5. Both older children will be in full day school and/or summer camp, so most of the day is spent with the baby. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8am-6:30pm, and Friday 8am-6pm, with flexibility and guaranteed hours weekly. The family would love to find a long term fit (2+ years)!

A great match for this family brings positive energy, confidence, kindness, love, fun, and laughter to their home; someone thoughtful, creative, communicative, and engaging who loves being outside and active and who is mindful about promoting infant/toddler development! They are conveniently located in walking or train distance to so many great kid-centered activities so someone who will independently and proactively plan activities, playdates, and outings around the city is a must.  The older children have had a native Spanish speaking nanny for the past 5 years and understand and communicate in Spanish so finding another Spanish speaking nanny would be a great bonus (but not required though)!

The family does not have parking nor does the nanny need a car or a driver’s license for this position. They are conveniently located near Back Bay Station and the 43 Bus stop.

Compensation: $85k+/year with 2 weeks of paid vacation of the nanny’s choice, paid sick time, paid holidays, and guaranteed hours weekly.
