Full-time Infant Nanny, South Hamilton, MA
First time parents in South Hamilton are seeking a full time Nanny for their 3-month-old, starting in early September. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm, with 40 guaranteed hours weekly. The family would love to find a nanny who is looking for at least a one year commitment.
A great fit for this family is a natural nurturer; someone warm, patient, calm, gentle, and who will help support their daughter’s development through thoughtful play and engagement. Someone energetic and active who will plan daily walks and (as the baby gets older) is proactive to plan activities and outings would be ideal. Their daughter has a milk protein allergy so previous experience and/or strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn is required.
Both parents work in private offices and value and respect boundaries while providing the nanny with space to work independently with minimal distractions.
The family has a friendly 2 year old mini Australian Shepard so dog friendly is a must.
Compensation: $26+/hour with paid vacations, paid sick time, and paid holidays.
