Full-time Infant/Toddler Nanny, Wellesley, MA
Full-time Nanny needed in Wellesley for two children, ages 4 months and 21 months, starting as soon as possible. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm, with 50 guaranteed hours weekly. The family would love to find a nanny who will stay with them for years to come!
A great match for this family is experienced with infants and toddlers, specifically two children under 2; someone with an understanding of and keen interest in promoting development by engaging the children in creative activities, both inside and outside of the home. The family is conveniently located in walking distance to the library and park so an active nanny who will proactively plan outings is preferred! They would like to find a nanny who is a team player, patient, nurturing, unflappable, easy going, proactive, and open-minded. Someone fun and playful who will engage with the children on their level.
Both parents work from home in private offices. Mom is present in the home during the day so the nanny should be comfortable with that.
Compensation: $27+/hour ($75k minimum per year) with paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time. All pay on the books through payroll.
