Full-time Nanny, South End, Boston, MA
Our wonderful returning clients are seeking a Nanny for their three children, ages newborn, 1.5, and 3 (1.5 and 3 year old are in school daily from 9am-5pm so primary care is for the baby), starting either October 5, 2026 (travel with the family to Florida in Nov. and Dec.) or January 2, 2027 (upon their return from Florida). The weekly schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9am – 6pm, and Friday, 9am – 3pm, with guaranteed hours weekly (the family is open to offering up to 45 hours weekly). The family would love to find a long term match!
A great fit for this role is kind, personable, playful, active, brings a positive attitude to the day, and supportive to assist a stay-at-home mom with the running of a busy home! A nanny who loves the outdoors, planning and engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, and planning fun outings and playdates, would be a great match for this role. The family would love to find a confident self-starter who values communication and collaboration, and brings confidence, organization, and routine based practices.
The family lives in a 3-floor brownstone so please be comfortable with lots of stairs!
The Family travels 4-5 times a year and welcomes the nanny to join.
Compensation: $40+/hour with optional healthcare stipend, paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time. All pay on the books via payroll.
